Amusic genreA music genre is a category of music and a construct which is typological that helps to identifies different musical sounds as they belong to a particular category or may be type of music that can be differentiated from other types of music. Music can fall into many categories in different ways. Since there is different purposes behind all the music and the different central idea from which they are produced, these categories are often are based on a random choice and are closely related sometimes overlap.
There are different academic approaches to different music categories. Most of the people do not believe that classification in terms of generic to different musical styles is possible in different ways which are logically consistent, and also thinks that doing in sets limitations that may hinder the production of music. Giving labels to the music with different genres most of the time do not clarify a specific culture, race, or a particular time period. There are different genres of music like art music which is also known as classical music or tradition music. This art music may include different form of jazz music, religious or folk music. Most of the art music are instrumental but lyrics are added in the poetic way. Another genre includes popular or POP music which is also stereotype contains that type of style which is accessible to normal public quite easily.
